TBIPS, SBIPS, and TSPS are the three federal supply arrangements that move informatics, business, and task-based professional services into the Government of Canada. CFRI partners with primes on these arrangements to deliver senior AI implementation roles — not generic IT staffing.

We slot into prime vendor teams as named subcontractors with the resumes that win evaluation, and we lead the AI technical scope. The prime owns the contract; we own the AI delivery quality.
