Pricing

PRODUCTIZED ENGAGEMENTS.
FIXED SCOPE. ACCOUNTABLE FOR OUTCOMES.

CFRI never bills hourly. Every engagement is a named package with a defined deliverable, a timeline commitment, and — where the outcome is binary — a 10% success bonus on grant approval or on-time deployment. Pricing is in Canadian dollars. Most pilot fees are eligible draws against IRAP, SR&ED, and FedDev project budgets.

Promise
Never hourly

Fixed scope, fixed price, defined deliverable. Hourly billing rewards slow work — we won't do it, ever.

Pricing FAQ

Questions buyers ask before booking.

  • Hourly billing rewards slow work and contradicts our promise to be accountable for outcomes. Every CFRI engagement is a productized package with a fixed scope, fixed price, and a defined deliverable. Where the outcome is binary — a grant approved, a system shipped on time — we add a success-bonus clause so our incentives stay aligned with yours.
